Terms for trying Modulo
This is a free, invitation-only development preview for testing account features. Creating an account does not purchase a subscription or start a trial. No payment card is requested.
Who operates this preview
The preview is operated by Martin (Modulo), based in Croatia. Contact majeric.martin@gmail.com for account help, feedback or complaints. These terms concern the private preview at modulo-staging.croat.dev. Any future paid offer will have its own identified supplier and published purchase terms.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and use an email account you control. Access is limited to individually admitted addresses. Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure, and tell us if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. Do not share access, impersonate someone, interfere with another user's data or attempt to bypass access limits.
Each admitted account has a personal workspace. The preview lets you inspect and revoke your active sign-ins. A new account does not automatically receive paid features. Timed trials, cloud project transfers and payments are currently unavailable; any later activation needs a separately described and qualified service.
Your projects and files
You keep ownership of your designs and files. Signing in does not upload, merge or transfer projects already saved in a browser or on your device. Browser storage belongs to the particular browser and site address, so projects saved on another Modulo address will not automatically appear here.
Keep an exported copy of important work on your own device. The preview is not a backup service. Please use sample designs while testing, and do not submit another person's personal information or confidential client work through feedback or support unless we first agree a suitable way to handle it.
Development limits and responsible use
Features may change, become unavailable or be withdrawn during development. The preview has no uptime, support-response or data-recovery guarantee. We may restrict access to address abuse, security problems or maintenance and will explain account restrictions when it is appropriate to do so.
Check dimensions, materials, hardware choices, loads and fabrication instructions independently before buying materials or manufacturing furniture. Preview outputs are planning aids and do not certify a design's structural safety, suitability or compliance with manufacturing requirements.
Ending participation and raising concerns
You can stop using the preview and sign out at any time. Contact the operator to close the account or request personal-data handling. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not itself delete server records; the Privacy notice explains those records and your options.
We will publish an updated version if these terms materially change and make it available before a new acceptance is requested. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, and do not require a payment or waive statutory privacy or consumer rights.
